Rosemary Cottages is a unique development comprised of 31 lots in the Treasure Hill Subdivision. This project within a subdivision was developed using principles of Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND). The goal of Rosemary Cottages is to provide housing which is not only affordable but architecturally pleasing and to provide community parks and recreational areas. Housing design is based upon historic, southeastern coastal vernacular architecture. This design utilizes raised foundations, deep roof overhangs, inviting front porches, and historically accurate exterior proportions.
