Also, if you own a lot or a piece of property and wish to build a custom home, we will gladly prepare a cost estimate for a complete and engineered set of construction plans.  There are lots of builders who specialize in single-story, brick, slab-on-grade, and 2-car garage out front style homes; we are not one of those.  We specialize in old Florida vernacular–deep porches and roof overhangs, raised foundations, detached garages and traditional siding.
